Colin Miller is the Associate Dean for Faculty Development and a professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. His areas of expertise include Evidence, Criminal Law and Procedure, and Civil Procedure. In 2007, Professor Miller created EvidenceProf Blog, which explores recent precedent, scholarship, and news related to the rules of evidence. In addition to his work on Undisclosed, Professor Miller provided pro bono assistance in the Breonna Taylor case and drafts Compassionate Release motions and amicus curiae briefs to the Supreme Court.

Susan Simpson is an attorney in Washington, DC, who turned to podcasting in 2015 with the launch of Undisclosed, which she cohosted for six years. On Undisclosed, Susan investigated and reported on wrongful conviction, contributing to the exoneration and release of wrongfully convicted defendants around the United States. She also cohosted the political podcast The 45th, which ran from 2017 to 2021. She is now the cohost of the Proof podcast.
